Dash’s 5K Giveaway in partnership with Oz Pup Culture

1. The Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Melissa Appleby, operator of the Instagram account @longboydashy (“the Promoter”). This promotion is run in partnership with Oz Pup Culture (@ozpupculture.au).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on Friday 1 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 15 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter or Oz Pup Culture are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To be eligible, entrants must, during the competition period:

Comment on the giveaway post stating which Oz Pup Culture treat they believe their dog would most enjoy, and why

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same account will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection

This is a game of skill. The winner will be selected by the Promoter based on the most thoughtful and genuine response. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The Prize

One prize consisting of a $300 Oz Pup Culture eGift card to the value of $300. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be announced via @longboydashy on Instagram within 5 business days of the competition closing. The winner will also be contacted via Instagram DM. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

8. Prize Fulfilment

The prize will be dispatched by Oz Pup Culture to the winner via text or email.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through this promotion will only be used for the purposes of conducting the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to fulfil the prize.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants confirm they are aged 13 or over and release Instagram from any liability in connection with this promotion.
